HL Asian Market

HL Asian Market has become one of my favorite places to shop. Every time I go in, the store feels clean, bright, and really well organized. I love the huge variety they carry — I can always find fresh vegetables, seafood, and all the Asian ingredients I grew up with and still use today. It honestly makes me feel a little closer to home. The staff are always so friendly and helpful too, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m really glad to have this market nearby!

Woah! This is so far the BEST Asian store in Sarasota. I drove an hour away just to get here and it was so worth it. They have a lot of selection for all Asian cuisine. Everything is priced right. I do recommend this place. I’m so in love!

We love HL Asian market! They have everything with reseasonable price. The owner is very kind and has great ethics. We bought a live King crab, and he taught us how to pick a good one. It was super delicious. They sell extremely fresh seafood! We love their roasted duck!

Finally we get an Asian supermarket in Sarasota. Thank you!! Great diverse selections of seafood/meat, endless aisles of dry goods and frozen food. Almost everything you could want. Fair prices. Produce dept was limited and not too fresh the day we came. The bbq pork was lukewarm and extremely salty. Balut duck eggs were all spoiled but the rep kindly offered a store credit. Hoping they will add Vietnamese baguette to complement the bbq and a fresh sugarcane stand. Looking forward to supporting this business and for the improvements.

Large Asian market with a huge array of brands and everything you need under one roof: fresh produce, ready to eat roast pork and duck, spices, coffee, tea, pantry ingredients, kimchi, mochi, alcohol, fresh live seafood, a butcher counter, frozen foods like gyoza and Korean corn dogs etc very happy with the variety and cleanliness of the store and how affordable it was
